You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, with their original tags, and in their original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.
These condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Email mqshein001@suijiyou.com with your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos showing the issue.

Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, customers arrange and pay for return shipping to China. We do not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, SoulBond will cover the necessary return shipping costs. Please contact us before arranging shipment so we can confirm how those costs will be covered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us to arrange an eligible return and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact mqshein001@suijiyou.com.
